摘要
航母甲板是保障舰载机安全起降的重要平台,按照基体特性等不同对甲板防滑涂层进行了功能需求分析以及材料种类划分的探究,针对金属基、树脂基2种类型防滑涂层开展优劣对比研究、覆涂工艺分析、适用情况总结,并梳理了各自的国内外研制发展历程及最新研究成果。最后,针对现阶段防滑涂层材料在特殊性能、施工工艺等方面的明显缺陷,提出了相应的改进研究建议,指出寻求材料突破、提升覆涂技术、构建检测系统等发展方向,为航母甲板防滑涂层绿色化、标准化、智能化研制及施工开拓了思路。
Aircraft carrier deck is an important platform to ensure the safe take-off and landing of carrier based aircraft.The quality of coating directly affects the smooth implementation of daily training and combat tasks.In this paper,according to different substrate characteristics,the functional requirements of anti-skid coating on aircraft carrier deck were analyzed,and the classification of material types were explored,the advantages and disadvantages of metal based and resin based anti-skid coatings were compared,and their application was summarized,their research and development process at home and abroad were also analyzed and combed.Finally,in view of the obvious defects of anti-skid coating materials in special performance and construction technology,the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward,and the improvement trends of silicone anti-skid coating,intelligent coating technology and inorganic materials were pointed out,which could open up new ideas for the future optimization direction of anti-skid coating for aircraft carrier deck.
