基于学科内涵的课程教学改革研究——以管理运筹学课程为例 被引量:5

EDUCATIONAL REFORM BASED ON DISCIPLINE CONNOTATION——A CASE STUDY OF MANAGEMENT OPERATIONAL RESEARCH

摘要 管理运筹学课程在管理类本科生培养方案中占有重要地位。对河南省内主要高校授课教师及河南工业大学学生的抽样调研发现,管理运筹学教学改革过程中仍存在学生学习吃力、挂科率高、解决实际问题能力弱等问题。从课程性质、学生学习方法、教师教学方法、高校教学体系4个方面,分析了问题存在的原因。通过梳理管理运筹学的科学内涵,构建管理运筹学三维认知模型,从教学重点、教学内容、教学方法和考核方式4个方面,提出了管理运筹学教学改革的建议。 The course of management operational research plays an important role in the undergraduate’s cultivation of management major. According to the survey of teachers in Henan universities and students of Henan University of Technology, this study finds that there are still some problems during the educational reform of this course, such as learning difficulty for students, high rate of failing the exam, and weakness in solving practical problems. Reasons are attributed from four aspects, i.e. the nature of curriculum, students' learning methods, teacher’s pedagogy, and educational system of universities. Then the study tries to look through the scientific connotation of management operations research, and construct a three-dimensional cognitive model, in order to give advice of later educational reform from four aspects, that is, focal point, teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment.
