摘要
在以柑橘皮为主要原料的条件下,将混合菌种(绿色木霉、康宁木霉、枯草芽孢杆菌)加入不同浓度的尿素、硫酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸镁和水等营养物质,进而测定已降解粗纤维和生成蛋白质含量,优化发酵培养基配方。已降解粗纤维和生成蛋白质含量的测定数据表明,混合菌种在含0.15 g尿素、0.3 g硫酸铵、0.06 g磷酸二氢钾、0.007 5 g硫酸镁和14 m L水的培养基30℃培养72 h条件下,可在保证蛋白质高产出的基础上更大程度地降解纤维素。
Under the condition of using citrus peel as the main raw material,nutrients such as urea,ammonium sulfate,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,magnesium sulfate and water at different concentrations were added by mixing the strains(Trichoderma viride,Trichoderma koningii,Bacillus subtilis)to further measure the degraded crude fiber and protein content,and optimize the fermentation medium formulation. The measured data of the degraded crude fiber and the protein content show that the mixed strain can be cultured for 72 h at 30 ° C in a medium containing 0.15 g urea,0.3 g ammonium sulfate,0.06 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.007 5 g magnesium sulfate and 14 mL water. At the same time,cellulose can be degraded to a greater extent on the basis of ensuring high protein yield.
