摘要
桑白皮药理作用众多,包括抗炎镇痛、镇咳平喘、利尿、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、改善周围神经病变、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等。但目前桑白皮的药理作用机制尚不明确,需进一步完善基础实验。未来研究的方向:①重点探讨桑白皮的作用靶点,为临床精准用药提供理论依据;②认真循证我国古代本草医学典籍,发现开发桑白皮新药用途的线索;③利用生物技术进行桑白皮中药新资源开发利用;④精准应用生物基因工程技术加快桑白皮次生代谢物的研发生产;⑤合理发展人工引种,确保中医药产业发展的原料供应;⑥促进中药资源良性可持续稳定的生产发展,实现桑白皮中药资源的生态、经济和社会的有效统一。
Cortex Mori has many pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory and analgesic,antitussive and antiasthmatic,diuretic,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,blood pressure lowering,peripheral neuropathy,anti-tumor and anti-virus.However,the pharmacological mechanism of Cortex Mori is still unclear,and basic experiments need to be further improved.Directions for future research:①Focus on the target of Cortex Mori,and provide theoretical basis for clinical accurate drug use;②Carry out careful evidence-based researches based on ancient Chinese herbal medicine books,and find clues for the development of new drugs for Cortex Mori;③Use biotechnology for Cortex Mori development and utilization of new resources of white skin Chinese medicine;④Precisely apply biological genetic engineering technology to accelerate the research and development of secondary metabolites of Cortex Mori;⑤Develop rationally of artificial introduction to ensure the supply of raw materials for the development of Chinese medicine industry;⑥Promote the sustainable and stable supply of traditional Chinese medicine resources The development of production,the realization of the ecological,economic and social effective unity of Chinese herbal medicine resource of Cortex Mori.
