摘要
目的综合分析沪陕两地传染病领域管理运行机制的完善程度的变化趋势,运用统计学方法分析其与甲乙类传染病报告发病率(简称传染病发病率)的相关性。方法通过官方公开渠道收集2000~2017年上海市和陕西省两地传染病领域相关政策文件,从中提取并计算分析管理运行机制完善程度,运用卫生系统宏观模型、Spearman相关、拟合线性回归等方法,分析完善程度与传染病发病率之间的关系。结果2000~2017年管理运行机制完善程度上海市较陕西省偏高,总体呈现逐年上升趋势,分别从26.08%、16.23%上升到56.98%、42.05%。2000~2017年沪陕传染病发病率整体有下降态势,相关和回归结果显示,2000~2017年上海市的相关系数和决定系数分别为-0.81(P<0.01)和0.79(P<0.01),陕西省相关系数为-0.66(P<0.01),回归结果无统计学意义。结论沪陕两地管理运行机制的完善程度有所改善,仍有提升空间;完善程度与传染病发病率呈显著负相关关系,前者推动后者的改善。
Objective To comprehensive analyze the trend of the perfection degree of the management mechanism of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and analyze its correlation with the reported incidence of infectious diseases of Class A and B (abbreviated as the incidence of infectious diseases) statistically. Methods The relevant policy documents in the field of infectious diseases during 2000-2017 in Shanghai and Shaanxi were collected from the official way,the degree of improvement of the analytical management operation mechanism was extracted and calculated. The macro model of the health system?spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between the degree of improvement and the incidence of infectious diseases. Results Shanghai had the higher degree of perfection of management operation mechanism during 2000-2017 than Shaanxi,and the overall trend was upward,rising from 26. 08% and 16. 23% to 56. 98% and 42. 05% respectively. The incidence of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi declined during the period. Correlation and regression results showed that the correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination in Shanghai during 2000-2017 were -0. 81 ( P<0.01) and 0. 79 ( P<0. 01) respectively. The correlation coefficient of Shaanxi province was -0. 66 ( P<0. 01), while the regression results were not statistically significant. Conclusion The improvement of the management mechanism of Shanghai and Shaanxi has improved, however there is still room for improvement. The degree of perfection has a significant negative correlation with the incidence of infectious diseases,and the former promotes the improvement of the latter.
