摘要
如何改革我国的医药卫生体制,一直是近年来社会各界广泛关注的热门话题。政府医药卫生投入不足、投入结构不合理,是我国医药卫生服务公平性与可及性差的主因。现阶段,我国医药卫生体制改革的重点之一是应通过增加政府投入来提高医药卫生服务的公平性与可及性,如何增加政府投入是改革成败的关键。文章通过对各种备选方案的比较分析,为优化政府卫生投入提供了对策建议。
The directions and strategies of China health care system reform have been a hot topic and grabbed increasing social attention in recent years. The primary reason causing the inequality and low-accessibility of China health care system is the inadequate and irrational government input in health care. It is the consensus that the government should increase health input. However, how to increase and allocate government input is critical for the success of China health system reform. This paper aims to provide strategic suggestions for Chinese government to optimise health input through a comparative analysis of Dossible options.
