摘要
翻转课堂模式可以极大调动学生学习积极性,增加学习主动性。文章以《食品微生物检验技术》中大肠菌群检验实训项目为例,借助微课和虚拟仿真操作平台,通过课前线上发放任务,小组讨论和实验设计,课上教师重难点讲解、虚拟操作演示和训练、实训操作等环节,实现翻转课堂在本项目中的全程应用。通过本项目的教学新模式探索,学生实训操作成功率提高19.6%,污染率下降20.7%,本项目评测成绩平均提升5.37分,获得良好教学效果,为其他实训项目的翻转教学改革提供宝贵经验。
Students'learning enthusiasm and initiation can be greatly mobilized by flipping classroom teaching model.We take the coliform bacteria testing training project in food microbiology test technology as an example.In this project,flipped teaching model is applied through the whole studying.Before the class,an online project was deliver to students by network course platform,group discussion and experiment design before class.On the class,teacher explain the difficult and key points,virtual operation demonstration and training.After class,students do the practical operation with the help of network course platform.By the exploration of the new teaching mode of this project,the success rate of students'practical training operation has increased by 30%,the pollution rate has decreased by 25%,and the evaluation result of this project has increased by 35%.
