摘要
以师生科研团队为核心,注重发挥本科生科研在创新人才培养中的作用,建立"开放式"团队的运行机制及氛围,强调科研的工程实践背景。在以科研项目、科技竞赛、创新基金申请为突破点的基础上,结合绵阳科技城建设的区域优势,高起点地构建创新人才培养平台,在为培养学生实践能力和创新意识提供良好的空间同时,也为高校创新人才培养体系的建立做出了有益探索。
Constructing the research team with teacher-student cooperation as the core, paying attention to the effect of undergraduate research on training creative talents. Establishing the operating mechanism and atmosphere for ＂open＂ research team, to put emphasis on the research background of engineering practice, and regarding research projects, scientific competition and fund application as the breakthrough point. To construct the platform for training creative talents from high reference point combined with the regional dominance of science and technology of Mianyang. To provide good space for training creative student＇ s practice ability and creative consciousness, and also to make the positive exploration for establishing the creative talents training system.
