摘要
针对配电变压器油位和油温监测方法(或手段)缺乏这一现状,提出了基于声表面波(Surface Acoustic Wave,SAW)无源无线传感技术的配电变压器油位和油温一体化监测方法。系统通过SAW传感技术的无源无线特性保证了传感器安装后设备免维护以及足够的电气安全。为保证传感器温度监测工作的可靠性,设计了差动结构传感器,并采用有限元/边界元方法优化了传感器温度敏感特性;创新地性采用磁控开关切换天线连接,以低成本实现了变压器油位状态的少油报警监视;通过设计新型环形平面倒F抗金属天线,实现了温度监测传感器和变压器原有油位计的一体化设计;实现了基于声表面波技术的配电变压器油温、油位在线监测系统。通过实验室以及现场实际测试,证实该系统能够实时、准确地测量变压器油顶层温度变化以及油位、温升和温升速率等监测量。
An integrated monitoring method of distribution transformer oil level and oil temperature based on surface acoustic wave(SAW)passive wireless sensors was put forward,in view of the shortage of current transformer monitoring mode.The passive wireless feature of the system ensures the electrical safety and no need of extra maintenance.A differential structure SAW sensor was designed,which ensures the reliability of the sensor.The sensitivity of the sensor was optimized with the method of FEM/BEM.By switching the antenna connection with the magnetic switch,the passive wireless transformer oil-level switch was realized at a low price.Through the above work,the real time on-line monitoring of the oil level and oil temperature of the distribution transformer is realized.The experiments from both the lab and the field demonstrate the ability of the system to measure various characteristics of the transformer,including the temperature of the transformer oil,the level of the oil,temperature rising and rate of temperature rising of the oil.
