铌酸钾钠基陶瓷研究现状及应用

摘要 铌酸钾钠基无铅压电陶瓷成为近些年来最具讨论性和研究性的压电陶瓷体系之一。传统的陶瓷工艺难以获得致密性良好的陶瓷体,且生产工件成本高。因此,研究者常用掺杂改性来优化其压电性能。笔者综述了就晶体结构和显微结构而言对铌酸钾钠基压电陶瓷电学性能的影响、研究现状和应用,最后对现阶段存在的问题和未来发展趋势做了归纳。 Potassium sodium niobate based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have become one of the most discussed and researched piezoelectric ceramics systems in recent years.The traditional ceramic process is difficult to obtain the ceramic body with good density,and the production cost is high.Therefore,researchers often use doping modification to optimize its piezoelectric properties.In this paper,the influence of crystal structure and microstructure on the electrical properties of potassium sodium niobate based piezoelectric ceramics,research status and applications are reviewed,and the existing problems and future development are summarized.
