摘要
为提升对变压器运行监测水平,全面掌握其性能状况,提前发现故障隐患,在研究变压器各项参数监测的基础上,构建了变压器在线监测与分析系统。以研华PCI-1712数据采集卡为核心搭建系统硬件平台,构建了贝叶斯网络的性能分析模型,以LabVIEW设计算法和调用DLL库函数节点完成数据信号处理和系统分析、推理以及故障诊断报告的生成。仿真及实验表明,该系统能高效全面地监测变压器运行状态并做出状态分析、推理,功能丰富、易于扩展,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to improve the monitoring level of transformer operation, grasp its performance status, andfind out faults related with state earlier, the transformer on-line monitoring and analysis system based on Bayesiannetworks is constructed by studying the monitoring technology of transformer various parameters. AdvantechPCI-1712 data acquisition card is used as the core to build the system hardware platform, and the performanceanalysis model of Bayesian network is constructed. Data processing, system analysis, reasoning, and fault diagnosisreport generation are completed by Lab VIEW design algorithm and calling DLL library function node.Simulation and experiment results show that the system can not only monitor the operation state of transformerefficiently and comprehensively, but also analyze and reason the operation state. The system has the advantagesof feature-rich and is easy to be extended, which has broad application prospects.
