摘要
发展高效节水灌溉是深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。梳理了山东省菏泽市定陶区以创建国家高效节水示范县为目标,在高效节水工程建设、工程管护长效机制、农业水价综合改革和科技信息化建设等方面采取的措施及取得的成效,在此基础上提出对下一步工作的思考。
Water-saving irrigation is regarded as one of key elements for supply-side structural reform of agricultural sector. Achievements in terms of project construction, long-term operation and maintenance, reform of agricultural pricing system as well as science and technology and information system development are systematically reviewed, by targeting at the pilot county of Dingtao District in Heze City of Shandong Province. Suggestions are also made based on observations and reflections.
