摘要
分析了农田水利建管现状及采用PPP模式的优势,认为农田水利采用PPP模式政策法规依据充足。在研究影响农田水利PPP模式实用性相关因素基础上,提出农田水利PPP模式实用性分析指标体系以及操作PPP项目相关建议。
According to current situation of rural water structure construction and management and advantage of PPP mode, it is possible of applying PPP mode in rural water development according to present policy and regulations. Based on studies on the practicability related factors that have impact on PPP mode, a differential indicator system has been developed together with operational advices for PPP project implementation.
