摘要
广州传统饮食文化蕴含丰富的食疗理念,也是中医药发展史上对膳食养生的一大贡献。广州人多数对煲汤和凉茶中所需的中药材能如数家珍。由于目前社会的高速发展使人们饮食结构发生重大改变的同时胃肠病已经成为高发病之一。广州传统饮食文化中的中医药特色的体现,不仅有助于呼吁人们饮食趋向合理化,而且也对当前胃肠病的治疗具有较大的启示作用。
Guangzhou traditional cooking culture implies abundant ideas of food therapy, and is one of the greatest contributions to the developmental history of TCM. Many people from Guangzhou are familiar with the herbs contained in the soup and herbal tea. Since high speed development of the society cause great changes of diet structure, gastrointestinal disorders has become one of the high-incidences diseases. The characteristics of TCM in Guangzhou traditional cooking culture could not only promote the rationalization of the diet, but also show greater inspiration to the therapy for current gastrointestinal disorders.
