Liver cancer, with a high incidence in the world, has high malignant degree and mortality. The precancerous stage is an important transition period for the malignant transformation of liver cancer. If we can understand the lesion process and intervene it,the incidence of liver cancer would be greatly reduced. It is found that active ingredients of Chinese medicine have a good intervention effect and there are many signal pathways in the development of precancerous lesions. In this paper,we searched and sunnarized the related signaling pathways and the active components of Chinese medicine for different signal pathways. It is found that NF-kappa B signaling pathway,TGF-beta/Smads signaling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway and Hedgehog signaling pathway are abnormal in the occurence and development of precancerous lesions.Besides, the active ingredients curcumin, hydroxysafflower yellow A,Astragalus glycosides and salvianolic acid play a role in inhibiting the occurrence and development in liver precancerous lesion through different signal pathways. It is hoped that it will provide ethical basis for clinical treatment of precancerous lesions of liver cancer and preventing it from developing into liver cancer.
