摘要
目的:探讨在手术室物品、药品管理中实施9S管理法的效果。方法:选取我院手术室物品、药品共19 000件作为研究对象,其中2018年1~5月手术室物品、药品共9 500件,实施常规管理方法进行管理;2018年6~10月手术室物品、药品共9 500件,实施9S管理方法进行管理。实施9S管理法前后物品药品规范使用情况及医师与护士对护理工作满意度情况进行比较。结果:实施9S管理法后,物品药品规范使用大于9S管理前(P<0.01);医师、护士的满意率高于9S管理法实施前(P<0.01)。结论:9S管理法能保障手术室物品药品的安全,切实提高物品药品的利用度和安全性,提高工作效率,确保患者的安全,且能节约成本,提高医护满意度。
Objective:To discuss the effect of 9"S" management modes on the operation-room articles and drugs management. Methods:19,000 pieces of operation-room articles and medicine in our hospital were selected as the subjects, of which, 9,500 operation-room articles and medicine from January of 2018 to May of 2018 were conducted regular management, while the other 9,500 pieces were managed with 9 "S" management modes. Before and after the implementation of 9"S"management modes, the standard usage of articles and drugs, and the nurses’ satisfaction with nursing work were compared. Results:After the implementation of 9"S" management modes, the use of operation-room articles and medicine was more standardized(P<0.01). and the doctors and nurses’ satisfaction degree was higher(P<0.01). Conclusion:The management modes of 9"S" can guarantee the safety of the operation-room articles and medicine, effectively improve the utilization and safety of articles and drugs, improve work efficiency, ensure the safety of patients, and can save costs, and improve satisfaction of doctors and nurses.
