摘要
目的研究在肝转移瘤治疗中采取超声引导下经皮微波消融(MWA)的临床效果以及应用价值。方法我院2015年6月至2018年12月纳入且参与诊治的肝转移瘤患者85例,采取射频消融治疗患者作为对照组42例,采取超声引导下MWA治疗患者作为试验组43例,观察统计肝转移瘤患者临床治疗局部有效率、并发症发生率、消融效果。结果试验组肝转移瘤患者治疗后平均消融时间短于对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肝转移瘤患者治疗后平均消融点数、临床治疗局部有效率、并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下MWA与射频消融在肝转移瘤治疗中有效率以及安全性类似,但超声引导下MWA需要较短时间,值得应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect and application value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation (MWA)in the treatment of liver metastases. Methods The 85 sample data involved in this study in our hospital. The sample data were from patients with hepatic metastasis included in and participating in the treatment from June 2015 to December 2018. Patients treated with radiofrequency ablation as a control group(n=42),ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA treated patients as experimental group(n=43),observation and statistics of clinical efficacy of local treatment for two groups of patients with liver metastases calculated values,calculated complications,and ablation effects. Results Data validation showed that the average ablation time after treatment in patients with hepatic metastases in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,statistically significant (P<0.05). The average number of ablation points,the calculated value of clinical effective local treatment and the complication of the pa-tients treated with hepatic metastases in the experimental group were compared with those in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion There is a similar efficiency and safety in the ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation and radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver metastases. However,ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA requires a short time and is worthy of application.
