摘要
新工科人才培养的需求对传统实验教学模式提出了挑战,如何主动加快工程教育创新已成为高校实验室改革的重要内容。针对传统的实验教学和实验室管理中存在问题,分析了新形势下工科专业建立开放性实验室的必要性,明确了实验室开放和管理的基本原则,从建立网络化信息管理体系、引导学生参与实践活动和完善实验室管理政策三个方面详细阐述了开放实验室建设的具体实施措施和建议。该模式不但能够充分调动学生进行实践创新的主动性,而且可以减轻实验室管理人员的工作强度,为培养高素质工科人才探索出一条新的途径。
The demand for new engineering talents training has challenged the traditional experimental teaching mode. How to speed up the innovation of engineering education has become an important part of the laboratory reform in universities. This paper,aiming at the existing problems of the traditional experimental teaching and laboratory management,analyzes the necessity of establishing the open engineering laboratory under the new situation,defines the basic principles of open laboratory management and guidance. From the establishment of information management system,introducing students to participate in practical activities,and improving the laboratory management policy three aspects,this paper describes the specific implementation measures and suggestions for construction of open laboratories. This mode not only fully mobilizes students’ initiative in practice and innovation,but also reduces the intensity of laboratory management,and explores a new way for training high-quality engineering talents.
