摘要
随着高校科技成果产出丰富,利益分配愈加成为影响其转化成功与否的重要因素。基于高校已获授权的专利,研究其自开始转化至转化成功后所获收益的利益分配具有重要意义。首先,确定高校、企业与专利转化团队为利益分配主体;其次基于各方主体的贡献程度应用Shapley值法计算其应得利益;最后,考虑到转化过程中主体之间存在的差异性,选取创新程度、努力程度、承担风险程度以及市场推广化贡献度四个要素对模型进行优化修正,得出各方较为合理的利益分配。
With the rich output of scientific and technological achievements in universities,the distribution of benefits has become an important factor affecting the success of its transformation.Based on the patents granted by universities,it is great significance to study the distribution of benefits from the beginning conversion to the successful conversion.Firstly,determine the university,enterprise and patent conversion team as the main body of interest distribution;secondly,based on the contribution degree of each subject,apply Shapley value method to calculate its due benefit;finally,consider the difference between the subjects in the process of transformation,select the four elements,the degree of innovation,the degree of effort,the degree of risk tolerance and the contribution of marketing promotion optimize,to correct the model,and obtain a more reasonable distribution of benefits.
