摘要 2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病率逐年上升,是我国最为常见的糖尿病形式,改良Roux-en-Y胃旁路手术(GBP),是基于传统的Roux-en-Y消化道重建的方式,20世纪90年代开始应用于肥胖患者的外科治疗[1]。
