摘要
目的探讨改良和常规胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术在胃肠手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年1月~2022年12月我院收治的76例胃肠手术患者,按照不同的手术方法分为对照组及观察组。对照组38例行常规胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术,观察组38例行改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术。比较两组手术指标、术后疼痛评分和并发症。结果对照组的术后并发症发生率为28.95%,观察组的术后并发症发生率为7.89%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均明显更少(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组术后6 h、12 h、18 h、24 h时的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显更低(P<0.05)。结论改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术可改善胃肠疾病患者的术后机体疼痛,减少术后并发症,加快康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified and conventional gastrojejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 76 patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods.The control group(38 patients)received conventional gastrojejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis,and the observation group(38 patients)received modified gastrojejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis.The incidence of postoperative complications,operative related indexes and postoperative pain scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 28.95%in the control group and 7.89%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,18 h and 24 h after operation were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified gastrojejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis can significantly improve the postoperative body pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal diseases.
