摘要
目的探讨基于“治未病”理论的中医护理在2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月徐州市中医院内分泌科收治的90例2型糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理模护理,观察组在对照组的基础上根据“治未病”理论进行中医护理干预,比较血糖控制情况、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的躯体功能、躯体角色、机体疼痛、总健康状况、活力、社会功能、情绪角色、生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理的满意度为97.78%高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。结论基于“治未病”理论的中医护理在2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗管理中的应用可有效控制血糖水平,提升其生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the theory of"preven⁃tive treatment of disease"on the management of insulin therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes treated with insulin in the Department of Endocrinology,Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing model nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After intervention,the lev⁃els of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,physical role,body pain,total health status,vitality,social function,emotional role and physiologi⁃cal function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"to the management of insu⁃lin therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose levels and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
