摘要
目的探讨围术期精心护理在微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月我院收治的80例三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,采用轨迹随机字母表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予围手术期精心护理。结果观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期精心护理在微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛患者中的应用效果显著,有助于减少患者焦虑、消极情绪,降低并发症发生率,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative meticulous nursing in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia patients with microvascular decompression.Methods 80 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the trajectory random alphabet method,40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative meticulous nursing.Results the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative meticulous nursing in the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia by microvascular decompression has a significant effect,which is helpful to reduce patients' anxiety and negative emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote patients' rapid recovery.
