摘要
目的:评价临床护理路径在三叉神经痛患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年6月在我科治疗的60例三叉神经痛患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组应用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组则应用常规医疗护理;护理评价指标包括住院天数、住院费用、患者和家属满意度、患者健康知识的知晓率等。结果:观察组住院天数、住院费用显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者和家属满意度达96.67%,而对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识知晓情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在三叉神经痛患者围手术期护理中应用临床路径,能够显著缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,提高整体护理效果,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our department from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The clinical nursing path was used in observation group and the routine medical nursing method was used in control group.The nursing evaluation indexes included the days of hospitalization,the cost of hospitalization,the satisfaction of patients and their families,the awareness rate of patients’health knowledge.Results:The average days of hospitalization and the average cost of hospitalization in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients and family members in observation group was 96.67 and that in control group was 80.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of health knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical pathway in perioperative nursing care of patients with trigeminal neuralgia can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the cost of hospitalization and improve the overall nursing effect.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
