摘要
目的探讨临床药师快速融入医疗团队进而有效开展临床药学工作的方法。方法结合国内现有临床药师相关文件,以及我院临床药师工作经验,分层次探讨临床药师如何快速融入医疗团队中并有效发挥其作用。结果临床在药品不良反应、特殊人群用药、治疗方案个体化调整等方面对药师工作存在需求,临床药师需要建立与医生接轨的临床思维,从切入点着手融入临床工作。部分医院缺乏规范化管理,无法保障临床药师顺利开展工作。结论药师应通过提升业务水平,建立工作思维,与医疗团队建立互补且互需的关系。医院应在管理水平上完善临床药师工作制度以促进临床药师与医疗团队的融合。
Objective To explore the measures for clinical pharmacists to integrate into the medical team quickly and carry out the clinical pharmacy work.Methods The relevant official documents and work experience of the clinical pharmacists in our hospital were analyzed.The methods for clinical pharmacists to join the medical teams and play a certain role were discussed hierarchically.Results There were needs for clinical pharmacists in the clinical practice of adverse drug reactions,special population medication and individualized adjustment of treatment program.Clinical pharmacists should establish clinical thinking of cooperating with doctors and start the clinical work from entry points.Some hospitals lacked standardized management,so they could not guarantee the work of clinical pharmacists.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should improve the professional abilities,establish work thinking and a complementary and mutually beneficial relationship with the medical team.Hospital should improve the clinical pharmacists′ working system at the management level to promote the integration of clinical pharmacists into medical teams.
