摘要
目的探究一种高效的、有针对性的,既可以解决医护患三方用药难题又可以提高临床药师工作效率的临床药学工作模式。方法将呼吸内科作为主要的研究科室,首先主动调查呼吸内科医护患三方对临床药学工作的具体需求,然后针对这些要求,有针对性地确定工作内容,建立一种高效的临床药学工作模式。结果 100%调查对象认为需要临床药师提供专业药学服务,但医护患三方对临床药师的工作需求侧重点有所不同。针对不同层次的需求,提供针对性的专业药学服务,该工作模式获得医护患三方的充分认可。结论在临床药师相对短缺、工作效率不高的情况下,建立面向医护患三方需求的临床药学工作模式有助于提高临床药师的工作效率,促进患者合理用药,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore an efficient,targeted clinical pharmacy work model in order to solve not only the three-sided drug problem of doctors、nurses and patients but also the work efficiency of clinical pharmacists. Methods The investigation is carried out in respiratory medicine. First,investigate the specific needs of clinical pharmacy from doctors,nurses and patients, and then determine the specific clinical pharmacy work contents. Finally, establish an efficient clinical pharmacy practice pattern. Results 100% respondents believe that professional pharmaceutical service provided by clinical pharmacists is useful. However the requirements are different between doctors,nurses and patients. For different demands, we provide specific,targeted,professional pharmaceutical service.Conclusion In the situation of relative shortage of clinical pharmacists and low work efficiency, it is important to establish the targeted clinical pharmacy work model based on the needs of doctors、nurses andpatients which can improve the work efficiency as well as safety for patients during using medication.
