摘要
高校育人的目标是通过有效的教育管理模式促使学生全面发展,笔者通过教学管理和学生工作两方面的工作经验,展开对教学与学生工作联动育人机制的探索。通过强化教学学工系统化联动意识,创新教学学工系统化制度,以及以组织学生各类活动为载体形成一体化的育人氛围,达到教学与学生工作联动育人目标。
The goal of education in colleges and universities is to promote all-round development of students through an effective educational management model.Based on personal experience in both teaching management and student work,the author explores the linkage mechanism between teaching and student work.By strengthening the consciousness of systematic linkage of teaching and learning,innovating the systematic system of teaching and learning,and organizing various activities of students as the carrier to form an integrated atmosphere of education,the goal of teaching and student work linkage education can be achieved.
