摘要
目前高校中教学管理与学生服务相分离的现象较为普遍,只有实现二者一体化发展,才能实现高校的育人目的。实施"导师制"育人平台是教学管理与学生服务一体化的有益探索。"导师制"在增进师生感情、促进学生专业学习和实现全面育人方面取得了一定成效,但是依然存在师生交流效果不理想、导师职责履行不到位和导师制的考核激励机制不完善的问题,因此,应该从健全规章制度和管理机制、加强导师队伍建设和引导学生转变观念三个方面来改进此项工作。
Separating teaching management from student service in colleges and universities has widely existed .Only by integrating them can the educational purposes be realized in colleges and uni-versities .T he education platform of tutorial system is one kind of good exploration on integrating teaching management with student service .It has achieved some effect in enhancing the feelings be-tween students and teachers ,promoting the students'specialty study and realizing holistic education . At the same time ,there are still some problems including unsatisfactory teacher-student communica-tion ,incomplete tutorial obligations fulfillment and imperfect appraisal and incentive mechanism . Therefore ,the system should be improved in such three aspects as improving regulations and manage-ment mechanism ,enhancing tutors staff construction and guiding students to change ideas .
