摘要
为提高采煤机的故障检修技术,降低采煤机故障率,阐述了采煤机摇臂的结构形式、工况特点及检修方式,针对摇臂典型故障展开研究,分析故障原因,提出处理方法。
In order to improve the fault repair technology of shearer and reduce the failure rate of shearer,in this paper,the structure form,working condition characteristics and maintenance mode of the rocker arm of shearer are expounded,and the typical faults of the rocker arm is studied,by analyzing the causes of the faults,the treatment method is put forward.
