摘要
针对EKFSL1000型采煤机摇臂行星减速架在使用过程中存在的轴颈损伤问题,从失效表面的焊接修复以及车削修复加工两方面出发,对其进行了修复作业。修复完成后发现,该采煤机摇臂的使用效果良好,不仅修复表面未出现裂纹等缺陷,而且确保了摇臂的使用性能,保证了采煤机以及井下生产的正常进行。
Aiming at the journal damage problem of EKFSL1000 shearer rocker arm planetary deceleration frame in use,the repair operation is carried out from two aspects of welding repair of failure surface and turning repair processing of EKFSL1000 shearer's rocker arm planetary deceleration frame.After the repair,it is found that the working effect of the rocker arm of the shearer is good.It not only repairs the defects such as no cracks on the surface,but also ensures the service performance of the rocker arm,and ensures the normal operation of the shearer and the underground production.
