摘要
长臂采煤机属于截割高度最高、装机功率最大的采煤机,不但生产能力非常大,设备技术也非常先进,但是对其故障的维修确是一个难题,特别是长臂采煤机中的截割摇臂,因此,对采煤机摇臂轮箱结构进行分析,以7LS06型长臂采煤机减速器产生主要故障为例,对其故障原因及设计缺陷展开讨论,并提出故障处理的措施,为以后进一步对摇臂减速器故障分析和处理提供参考。
