摘要
长臂采煤机属于截割高度最高、装机功率最大的采煤机,不但生产能力非常大,设备技术也非常先进,但是对其故障的维修确是一个难题,特别是长臂采煤机中的截割摇臂,因此,对采煤机摇臂轮箱结构进行分析,以7LS06型长臂采煤机减速器产生主要故障为例,对其故障原因及设计缺陷展开讨论,并提出故障处理的措施,为以后进一步对摇臂减速器故障分析和处理提供参考。
The shearer cutting height to the highest, the largest coal mining machine installed power, not only the production capacity is very large, the equipment technology is very advanced, but the fault repair is indeed a problem,especially the shearer＇s cutting arm, therefore, the box structure of shearer rocker wheel analysis on 7 LS06 type shearer main fault as an example, to discuss the fault reason and design defects, and put forward the troubleshooting measures for further reference to the rocker reducer fault analysis and processing.
