摘要
为有效预防与处理掘进机电控箱接触器故障,基于掘进机电控箱应用接触器的必要性,分析了掘进机电控箱接触器常见故障,提出了具体处理方法,并设计了一种基于故障处理的新型电控箱接触器,总结了电控箱接触器的一些主要保养方法,以期有助于及时高效的处理掘进机电控箱接触器故障,更好的保障掘进机的连续、可靠运行。
In order to effectively prevent and deal with the fault of the contactor of the electromechanical control box,this paper analyzed the common faults of the contactor of the electromechanical control box,and put forward the specific treatment method and design. A new type of electric control box contactor based on fault handling, summed up some main maintenance methods of electric control box contactor, in order to help timely and efficient treatment of the fault of the electrical and mechanical control box contactor, better guarantee the roadheader Continuous,reliable operation.
