在现代化煤矿掘进机运行中,接触器已成为供电线路中的重要元件。但是由于操作不当、环境影响及质量不过关等等不利因素,往往造成接触器发生各类故障。首先概述了煤矿掘进机电控箱接触器的应用情况,分析了煤矿掘进机电控箱接触器的常见故障与处理方法,设计了基于故障处理的煤矿掘进机电控箱接触器,最后提出了相关保养措施。
In the modern mine boring machine running, the contactor has become the main supply nne component. However, due to improper operation, environmental impact, low quality, and unfavorable factors, often resulting in various types of contactor failures.
