摘要
综合分析了掘进机冷却系统不能有效冷却切割电机和泵站电机,随着电机温度的逐渐升高,电机内部绝缘材料碳化变质,导致电机损坏;不能有效消除液压系统中液压泵、溢流阀和流量控制阀所产生的热量,随着液压油温度的升高,液压密封件变形,液压元件磨损损坏等。喷雾除尘系统中的缺陷易造成切割臂损坏;不能精确控制喷雾除尘系统的雾水量和喷雾时间;冷却系统和喷雾系统的水直接排至巷道内,容易造成巷道积水,底板围岩变软,掘进机下陷;喷雾除尘系统无法远程控制等问题产生的原因,对冷却系统和喷雾除尘系统进行了改造,取得了良好的效果。
This paper analyzed the cooling system of roadheaders, which cannot effectively cool the cutting motor and the pump station motor. The cooling system cannot effectively eliminate the heat generated by the hydraulic pump, overflow valve and flow control valve in the hydraulic system. The defects in the spray dust removal system are easy to cause damage of cutting arm. The water quantity and spray time cannot be controlled accurately. Water from the cooling system and spray system is directly discharged into the roadway, which is likely to result in roadway water, soft floor surrounding rock and sinking of the roadheader. The cooling system and spray dedusting system were modified and good results were obtained.
