摘要
儿童的创造性劳动具有复杂性、灵活性和不可替代性,其包含儿童主体的个性化思考和实践,具有天然的生成性。儿童的创造性劳动蕴含着丰富的教育价值,对儿童创造性人格和思维的发展及积极劳动价值观的养成,都具有重要的促进作用。营造自由的劳动环境、创造丰富的劳动空间、提供切适的劳动指导,以构建开放的劳动教育体系,是儿童创造性劳动价值回归的重要教育实践策略。
Children’s creative labor is characterized by complexity, flexibility and irreplaceability, including children’s personalized thinking and practice with the natural generativity, which contains rich educational values that play an important role in promoting the development of children’s creative personalities, their thinking, and formation of their positive values on labor. Corresponding strategies for achieving children’s creative labor values are as follows: establishing free labor environment, creating abundant labor space, providing appropriate labor guidance, and constructing open systems for labor education.
