摘要
以聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG-1000)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为主要原料,MDEA(N-甲基二乙醇胺)为扩链剂,乙二醇为亲水基团,冰乙酸为中和剂,采用预聚体法合成阳离子水性聚氨酯(WPU)湿摩擦固色剂。研究了不同交联剂对其湿摩擦固色效果的影响。当以HDI原料的10%作为自交联剂时,通过正交实验考察R值,扩链剂、亲水基团和交联剂的组分含量对其性能的影响。结果表明:当HDI原料的10%做自交联剂且R值为2.75,MDEA组分含量为7.7%,乙二醇的组分含量为90%, ATPS封端率为95%,制得阳离子WPU湿摩擦的固色效果最佳。
The cationic water-based waterborne polyurethane(WPU) wet friction fixing agent was synthesized by prepolymer method with polypropylene glycol oxide(PPG-1000) and hexylene diisocyanate(HDI) as the main raw materials,MDEA(N-methyldiethanolamine) chain extender,ethylene glycol as hydrophilic group and glacial acetic acid as neutralizer.The effects of different crosslinking agents on cationic WPU were studied.When 10% of HDI raw material of was used as the crosslinking agent,the influence of R value,chain extender,hydrophilic group and crosslinking agent on the properties of its emulsion was investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that 10% of HDI was used as crosslinking agent and the R value was 2.75.The MDEA component content was 7.7% and the ethylene glycol component content was 90%.The ATPS end sealing rate was 95%,and the cationic WPU prepared had the best stability and the best color fixing effect of wet friction.
