摘要
采用N-甲基二乙醇胺与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,制得3种端基为—OH的多叔胺基链段作为扩链剂;分别对由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与聚乙二醇(PEG)反应制得的聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链反应,封闭—NCO基团,制得阳离子型反应性聚氨酯固色剂;再对活性染料染色棉织物进行固色处理。优化固色剂合成工艺试验结果显示,—NCO与—OH的物质的量之比值R=2.0,PEG的分子质量为1000,多叔胺基链段中阳离子基团数目为4个。该固色剂能将湿摩擦色牢度提高1级左右。
Three kinds of chain extenders of multi-tertiary amine chain segments with --OH terminal group are synthesized with reaction of N-methyl-diethanolamine and toluene diisocyanate. Cationic reactive type polyurethane color fixing agents are pre-pared by chain extension reaction of isophorone diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol (PEG) with the above chain extenders followed by blocking reaction of --NCO groups, and then are applied to fixation of cotton reactive dyeings. The optimum synthesis parameters are: R =2. 0, molecular weight of PEG = 1 000 and the number of cationic groups in the multi-tertiary amine segment =4. The wet rubbing fastness of cotton reactive dyeings can be improved by about 1 level.
