摘要
随着“大众创业,万众创新”国家战略的提出,社会各界普遍将创新创业教育视为高等教育综合改革的突破口和重要抓手,高校在创新人才培养、创业氛围营造、社会服务供给等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是由于缺乏规范、科学的创新创业教育绩效评价体系,高校在实施创新创业教育过程中存在自我监控、自我评估等方面的严重缺失,文章以福建省省属高校F大学为例,从课程设计、教师队伍、组织管理等三大要素,探索如何综合运用模糊层次分析法,构建一套相对完整、广泛适用的创新创业教育绩效评价模型,为高校开展创新创业教育自我评价、提升教育质量提供方法指导和理论依据。
With the presentation of the national strategy of " public entrepreneurship and innovation", all sectors of society generally regard innovation and entrepreneurship education as a breakthrough and an important starting point for comprehensive reform of the higher education, also colleges and universities play an increasingly important role in the cultivation of innovative talents, the creation of entrepreneurial atmosphere, the provision of social services and etc.However, due to the lack of standardized and scientific performance evaluation system, it is an urgent subject on how to build the self-monitoring and self-evaluation in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.This research takes the F University of Fujian Province as an example to analyze.Firstly, The paper selected three performances: curriculum design, teaching staff and organizational management.Secondly, it explores how to construct a relatively complete and widely applicable evaluation model for the performance of innovative entrepreneurship education by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and then we hope to provide the method guidance and theoretical basis for the university to carry out self-evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve education quality.
