摘要
针对提高大型插齿机的切削力、切削长度、切削速度及切削稳定性的需求,介绍了数控插齿机液压主驱动系统设计及改进方法。以数控插齿机主驱动功能需求为目标,提出了冲程长度、最大切削力、切削速度及功能需求等前提条件;以数控插齿机的液压主驱动系统为设计对象,有针对性地计算出了液压主驱动系统的液压缸、液压泵、主电机、伺服比例阀等主要元件的功能参数,并选择了相应的元件型号;进一步设计了液压原理图;总结调试运行中出现的断电上顶等问题,提出了可行的改进方案。该液压主驱动系统已成功应用于数控插齿机。液压主驱动系统的设计试验成功,为大型插齿机和中小型深孔插齿机的发展奠定了新的理论和实践基础。
According to the improve demand of the cutting force,cutting length,cutting speed and cutting stability of the large gear shaper,introduce the design and improvement method of the main drive system of the CNC gear shaper.Base on the demands of CNC gear shaper drive system,put forward the conditions of stroke length,maximum cutting force,cutting speed and function requirements of the premise;hydraulic CNC gear shaper main drive system as the design object,to calculate the parameters of the main components of the main function of hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic drive system the main motor,hydraulic pump,servo proportional valve and chooses the corresponding component model;further design the hydraulic principle diagram;summarizes the debugging appear power on top and other issues,put forward feasible improvement scheme.The hydraulic main drive system has been successfully used in CNC gear shaper.The design of hydraulic main drive system is successful,which lays a new theoretical and practical foundation for the development of large gear shaper and small and medium-sized deep hole gear shaper.
