摘要
阐述了70MN叶片压制液压机的技术特点和设计方法,实现了大型热模压专用液压机的本体结构、液压系统、控制系统、专用软件的技术创新。该液压机的研发成功对提高我国水电装备制造业总体水平具有重要的战略意义。
The technique feature and design method of 70MN hydraulic press for blade have been described in the text. The innovation of body structure, hydraulic system, control system, and special software technology of large hot die special hydraulic press have been realized. The successful R＆D of this hydraulic press has important strategic significance for improving the overall level of the hydro-power equipment manufacturing industry in China.
