摘要
本文介绍了YH96系列汽车内饰件液压机研制必要性,举例分析了三种内饰件液压机的压制工艺,并提出了主机设计的技术特点;介绍了几种内饰件压机的功能附件设计,其满足内饰件制造工艺要求,保证内饰件的制造精度。指出内饰件压机在液压机领域将会占重要一席。
The necessity of research and develop of YH96 series hydraulic press for automotive interior has been introduced in the text.By analyzing examples of three kinds of hydraulic press process for automotive interior,the technical characteristics of main machine for automotive interior hydraulic press have been put forward.Function attachments design for press has been introduced to ensure the process requirements and accuracy of automotive interior work pieces.It is pointed out that the press for automotive interior will be one important part in hydraulic press.
