摘要
探索专利运营模式,对助力知识产权强国战略的实施、推动我国科技成果转化,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。基于IncoPat科技创新服务平台检索得到的309781项中国发明授权专利技术转让数据,构建了技术受让方网络。运用社会网络分析方法中的中介中心度指标,凝练了具有代表性的几种专利运营模式:广东高航专利运营模式、国家电网专利运营模式、清华大学专利运营模式、华为/中兴专利运营模式和鸿海专利运营模式。
Exploring on patent operation model has both considerable theoretical and practical significance in enhancing the implementation of Intellectual Property Power Strategy and promoting transformation of S&T achievements.We have built up an assignee network based on the transfer data of 309781 Chinese invention authorized for patent technology from a scientific innovation service platform called IncoPat.By using Betweenness Centrality Index of Social Network Analysis, we summarize a few representative patent operation models:Guangdong Gaohang Patent Operation Model;SGCC Patent Operation Model;Tsinghua University Patent Operation Model;Huawei / ZTE Patent Operation Model;Hon Hai Patent Operation Model.Next,we may build up technique assignor network and technique assignor-assignee network.Based on the network,we can make further exploration and summarize the patent operation model in different perspective.
