摘要
受现场各类因素影响,时常发生配电线路安装或换相后,因未及时核相而导致馈线终端装置处于负序供电状态,影响了FTU装置的正常运行。首先分析了FTU双电源供电工作原理,然后研究了FTU的保护配置和逻辑。根据负序运行特点,得出负相序供电可能会损坏FTU电源和造成保护误动或拒动,然后提出FTU增加相序报警、相序自调整功能等解决方法。结合山东某地负序供电运行案例,验证了负相序运行对FTU的影响,所提方法可以有效地增加FTU运行可靠性和提高配网线路管理效率。
Affected by various factors on site,after distribution line installation or phase change,feeder terminal unit (FTU) often operates in a state of negative sequence power supply due to no timely phase-check,which affects the normal operation of the FTU. This paper first analyzes the working principle of FTU dual power supply,and then makes a study on the protection configuration and logic of FTU. From the characteristics of negative sequence operation,it is derived that negative phase sequence power supply may damage FTU power supply and cause protection misoperation or rejection. The paper also proposes the solution of adding phase sequence alarm and phase sequence self-adjustment function of FTU. Finally the paper employs a case of negative sequence power supply in Shandong province to verify the effect of negative sequence operation on FTU,demonstrating that the proposed method can effectively improve the reliability of FTU operation and the line management efficiency of distribution network.
