一种基于原屏改造的变电站综保改造方式 被引量:3

摘要 经济的不断发展使得电力用户对用电稳定性的要求进一步提升,同时国家对微机综合保护装置(以下简称“综保”)也提出了更高的标准,十几年前老旧厂站的综保需要逐渐被新的综保所取代,以避免超期运行。老旧厂站110 kV及以下电压等级综保装置改造的传统方式往往要拆除整个屏柜或更换开关柜门,这种方式需对涉及改造的间隔停电时间较长,同时施工中存在一定的风险。为了提高综保改造的工作效率,减少停电时间,降低因停电改造对电力用户的影响,提出了一种基于原屏改造的老站综保改造方式。针对不同现场的实际情况,对原屏改造的选择、改造方式和优缺点等问题展开分析与探讨,并对两个实际案例进行了介绍和分析,通过与传统方式进行对比,以验证原屏改造的可行性及其优势。 With the continuous development of economy,the demand of power users for the stability of electricity consumption is further enhanced.At the same time,the state has also put forward higher standards to the microcomputer integrated protection devices(hereinafter referred to as"integrated protection").The integrated protection devices of those over-10-year-old substations should be replaced by the new"integrated protection"gradually to avoid the overdue operation.The traditional way to transform the integrated protection device of 110kV level and below in old substations usually involves dismantling the entire screen cabinet or replacing the switch cabinet door.This method requires a longer duration of power outage involved in the transformation,and there are also certain risks in reconstruction.In order to improve the work efficiency of"integrated protection"transformation,reduce power outage duration,and lessen the impact of power outage transformation on power users,this paper innovatively proposes an old stations’"integrated protection"transformation method based on the original screen transformation.According to the actual situation of different sites,the paper makes analysis and discussion on the selection of the original screen reconstruction,reconstruction methods and advantages and disadvantages.In the case analysis part,the paper introduces and analyzes two actual cases.Through making comparison with the traditional method,the paper verifies the feasibility and advantages of the original screen reconstruction.
