摘要
国网孝感供电公司智能配电网建设大量使用了某公司生产的CSC-271E型馈线远方终端,对城区配电网中的环网箱(柜)进行实时监测和控制,并根据智能配电网的运行要求配置了过流和零序保护等功能。结合孝感城区配电网建设和运维实际对该型装置存在的安全风险进行了分析,指出该型装置保护与操作回路共用一组硬压板的设计存在安全隐患,同时提出了相应的预防改进措施。
The CSC-271E-type feeder remote terminals are widely used in State Grid Xiaoganpower supply company for the real-time monitor and control on the urban distribution network inthe ring cage(cabinet).According to operation requirements of the intelligent distribution network,over-current and zero sequence protection functions are also equipped.In this paper,combinedwith Xiaoguo urban distribution network construction and operation and maintenance of the actualdevice,the security risks of the devices are analyzed.A hidden danger in the design that protec?tion and operating circuit share one set of hard plate is pointed out,and the corresponding preven?tive measures are put forward at the same time.
