摘要
“互联网+”时代的到来,丰富和发展了高职院校心理健康教育的资源,拓展了学校心理健康教育的路径与空间,高职院校要充分利用网络教育的优势,结合“互联网+”背景下大学生的实际情况,积极推行高职学生心理健康教育“四特殊”模式,即关心特殊群体,增强心理适应;关注特殊阶段,促进环境适应;注重特殊区域,引导生活适应;重视特殊课堂,强化社会适应等,切实提升学生的心理素质,为学生的学习、生活打下坚实的基础。
The arrival of "Internet +" has enriched and developed the resources of psychological health education in higher vocational colleges, expanded the path and space of psychological health education for school, and made full use of the advantages of network education in higher vocational colleges. Combining with the actual situation of college students under the background of "Internet +", we actively practice the "four special" modes of psychological health education for higher vocational college students. That is, concerning for special groups, special stages, special areas, special classes, enhancing psychological adaptation, promoting environmental adaptation, guiding life adaptation,strengthening social adaptation, improving students' psychological quality, and laying a solid foundation for students' better study and life.
