摘要
基于对非稳态浇注时铸坯裂纹和夹渣产生原因的系统分析,提出了包括中间包清洁度检查,钢水全程保护浇注,使用还原性中间包覆盖剂及耐火材料,改进开浇氩气量的调节方法、以及采用快速升速制度、提高中包钢水过热度、优化浸入式水口插入深度等措施,从而降低非稳态浇注时铸坯裂纹和夹渣的发生概率。生产实践证明,上述改善工艺措施有效控制了非稳态浇注时铸坯裂纹和夹渣的发生。
Based on the systematic analysis of the factors contributed to the formation of slab cracks and wrapped slag under unsteady casting,the following modified casting processes were proposed:regular check on the cleanness of tundish,protected casting of steel in the whole process,application of reducing cover agents of tundish and refractory materials and modification of the content of argon gas before casting. It was also proposed to take measures such as the application of rapid casting speed lifting process,raise of superheat,optimization of submerged depth of SEN. The combination of the effects of above processes was believed to reduce the occurrence of slab cracks and wrapped slag formed during unsteady casting. The production practice has proved that taking the mentioned processes effectively reduced the formation of slab cracks and wrapped slag under unsteady casting.
