摘要 对中厚板典型铝脱氧钢种Q345GJC中夹杂物类型、尺寸、数量以及分布情况进行系统研究,并通过示踪剂追踪法分析了非金属夹杂物的来源。结果表明:转炉炉后大包氧位偏高,非金属夹杂物含量较高,转炉存在过吹及炉后吹氩气量偏大;稳态连铸坯中非金属夹杂物含量远低于非稳态连铸坯;钢中大型非金属夹杂物主要来源于钢包渣、中间包覆盖剂卷入和引流砂外来夹杂。 Type, size, quantity and distribution of non - metallic inclusions in typical aluminium - deoxidized steel grade Q345GJC for medium steel plate is systematically studied ,the origin of inclusions is analyzed by means of track- ing method with tracer. The results show that oxygen activity and inclusion content of the molten steel in ladle are higher after BOF melting,the quantity of the blown oxygen during BOF melting is excessive, the argon flow rate after BOF melting is relatively high, the inclusion content in steady slab is much lower than that in unsteady slab, large inclusion in steel mainly originates from ladle slag, entrapped slag of tundish covering flux and external inclusions of drainage sand.
