摘要
研究找出了影响中间包覆盖剂熔化温度的主要因素;分析了不同炭质材料及不同碳含量对覆盖剂熔化时间的影响,最终选定了焦炭屑和石墨混合配碳调节熔化时间;测定了不同保温材料的保温曲线,比较了各保温性能的好坏,并根据该覆盖剂的特点选择了蛭石作为保温材料;分别测定了16种配方的熔化速度、熔化温度、保温性能,在此基础上,利用正交分析理论综合评分法优化了覆盖剂的化学成分。
