摘要
【目的/意义】扶贫开发进入攻坚期必须广泛动员社会各方力量参与扶贫开发工作,通过探索更高效的社会扶贫参与机制,以期为助推社会扶贫参与机制落地生效提出更有针对性的对策建议。【方法/过程】通过实地调研的方式梳理闽侯县社会扶贫参与机制的现状和存在的问题。【结果/结论】在调研分析的基础上,提出完善社会扶贫参与机制的对策建议,包括:搭建社会参与扶贫平台,开展扶贫志愿者活动,完善帮扶资金管理制度,利用媒体加大宣传力度,推进扶贫立法工作。
【Objective/Meaning】In the critical period of poverty alleviation and development, it is necessary to mobilize all social forces to participate in the work of poverty alleviation. Through exploring more efficient participation mechanism in social poverty alleviation, and make relevant recommendations in a targeted manner to help the participation mechanism in social poverty alleviation come into effect.【Methods/Procedures】Through spot investigation, the status and existing problems of the participation mechanism in social poverty alleviation in Minhou County were cardinged.【Results/Conclusions】On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper put forward countermeasures to improve the participation mechanism in social poverty alleviation, including build a platform for social participation in poverty alleviation, develop volunteer activities for poverty alleviation, improve the management system of assistance fund, make use of the media to enhance the propaganda, and promote the legislative work of poverty alleviation.
